We have developed a unique and easy system to provide assistance to our fellow members and accompany them during their daily showings when needed.

 

At the beginning of each month our members will receive an email delivered to their inbox, outlining the times they are required to make themselves available to assist other members in their geographical territory.

 

Our administration will track the system and will provide hands on service and support between 8AM and 8PM, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

 

Depending on the number of participant's shifts will vary in time.

 

There will be zero tolerance towards poaching other members’ clients and there will be a zero tolerance against “no shows” One strike and you're out!!

 

We do not recommend showings past 8 p.m. 365 DAYS A YEAR.

 

This Roster is made up by our membership and we will conduct our business in a professional and ethical manner. This is also great for networking and promoting our listings within the area.

WE EXPECT THE SAME DEDICATION from everyone in the group!

 

In the event that there is an issue with a potential buyer, strange behaviour, as assault, etc., management will issue a Safe2Show Alert and an email will be sent to everyone with as much detailed information as possible.

 

THERES IS A $25/MONTH FEE (TAX DEDUCTIBLE) 

 

WE will provide an easy to remove Safe2Show vehicle sticker to be placed on the interior of your car window to make the RCMP aware that our members are conducting business in the area.

 

We will issue a newsletter every quarter to alert each other of any suspicious activities, progress within our group, tips on how to protect ourselves, educational material, etc.

 

Safe2Show will put on a yearly “network “event / social. This is a great way to get together, get to know each other, swap cards, ideas and meet face to face.

 

A PERCENTAGE OF MONTHLY PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL SHELTERS, AS WELL, SAFE2SHOW WILL ESTABLISH A YEARLY SCHOLARSHIP WITH THE UBC SAUDER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.
